外贸函电:因涨价而建议先订购

通知价格上涨作为订购的诱因。

Dear Sirs,

From the lst of next month, the prices of all our products will be raised by 10%, We regret this, but increase of price has become unavoidable in view of the rising costs of labor and raw materials.

We think that even with this increase our products are still slightly lower in price than those of our competitors in this field, and we believe that sales will not be affected.

New price lists are being prepared and these will be sent to you as soon as they are ready. Meanwhile, to help you with the business you are now negotiating, we will charge you old prices on all orders received here up to and including September 30.

You may rely on our continued co-operation and attention.

从下月初一起,本公司所有产品的价格将提高10%,兹对此事感到遗憾,但鉴于劳工和原料成本的上涨,价格增加是无可避免的。

我方以为,虽然涨价了,本公司产品仍然比同业竞争对手的价格稍为便宜,相信销路不会受到影响。

新价目表正在准备当中,一俟完成会立刻寄给贵方。同时,为了协助您现今正在交涉的交易,9月30日以前或当日收到的订单,我方仍采用旧价。
