外贸函电:承诺缓和交易条件的要求
如果要求让步的条件可行,也不会涉及付款上的风险时,可以允诺对方以扩大销售。但若情况不同,就必须慎重考虑再作决定。
Dear Sirs,
We have received your letter of September 23 in which you ask for a concession on our terms of payment. In consideration of the very pleasant business relationship we have had with you for several years, we have decided to agree to your suggestion.
We shall, therefore, in future, do business on a draft at 30 d/s on documents against acceptance, and trust that these terms will suit your requirements.
We hope that this concession will result in a considerable increase of your orders and assure you that we shall always do our utmost to execute them to your complete satisfaction.
