Dear Sirs,

We are very sorry to learn from you letter of October 10 that you could not find our offer quite attractive to you. We appreciate that our goods are slightly more expensive than similar articles, but our quality is far superior to others as shown in orders we have been receiving recently.

However in order to meet your request we will grant you a special discount of 30% if you can increase your order to 10 units which is our minimum production size. We look forward to your favorable reply.
