若要让对方下订单,必须将订购的繁琐手续减至最低,以利买主行动。当然,富有煽动性的说服之辞仍然是最重要的。

We were pleased to receive your inquiry of April 23, and trust that you received our catalogs and samples sent to you on April 30.
Now that you have had a chance to examine what we have to offer we thought you might like to place a trial order. To make this easier for you we are enclosing an order form already filled in with items suggested by our export manager.
All you have to do is to tick, in the space provided, the items you agree to include in this first order and then return the form to us. We shall make it our business to rush the trial order to you at the first opportunity.
