确认订单的信函，必须涵盖所有必备事项，使顾客安心并完全信任。

Dear Sirs,

We are very glad to receive your order for 50 units of classic furniture to be supplied to your own specifications. As we mentioned in our previous letter, shipment for the furnitures made to the supplied specifications is not usually possible in less than five months, but we would like to help you and to give your order special priority.

You may rest assured that your furniture will be ready for shipment by September 30. We will inform you when your order is ready for dispatch and shall be pleased to assist you to the best of our ability at all times.
