外面函电：取消订单

此乃对方未如期履行订单，而不得不取消订购货品的范例。

Dear Sirs,

We refer to our letter of March 10 when we stressed the importance of dispatching our order No.816 so that it may reach here by April 30.

As we have not received any information from you that goods have been sent, we have no alternative but to cancel this order. We regret this action, but you will appreciate that we have no other way, as our customers insist on delivery by that date.

兹于3月10日寄出的信函中，强调本公司816号订单的重要性，以便货品能于4月30日前送抵本地。

由于尚未收到贵方任何有关发送这批货物的消息，我方不得不取消这份订单。很抱歉采取这种行动，但您将了解本公司别无他法，因为我方顾客坚持于该日期前交货。
