挂锁 padlock

近期，印度尼西亚一座旅游小镇上的按摩院纷纷要求女按摩师们在裙子或裤子的拉链上加锁，以暗示顾客“本店不提供性服务”。

A bid by a local government in Indonesia's East Java province to curb prostitution by asking masseuses to wear a padlock on their pants was an insult, a newspaper quoted the minister for women's empowerment as saying.

印度尼西亚东爪哇省某地方政府要求当地按摩院的女按摩师用锁锁好裙子和裤子，以打击卖淫活动。此举被印度尼西亚妇女事务国务部长认为是对女性的侮辱。

该报道中，masseuse就是female massager/massagist（女按摩师）的意思。padlock指的就是a detachable lock that has a hinged shackle that can be passed through the staple of a hasp or the links in a chain and then snapped shut（挂锁）。日常生活中“锁”的种类还有：built-in lock（暗锁），checklock/safety lock（保险锁）等。如果锁不太好用，就被称作trick lock。
