电子商务规范 e-business model

近日，商务部在网上就《电子商务模式规范》和《网络购物服务规范》征求意见。作为国内首份针对电子商务行业的规范，业内人士认为，该规范实施后将使电子商务市场有法可依。

The Ministry of Commerce is eliciting public opinion on the nation's first e-business model and online-shopping transactions service specifications outlined in two draft regulations, and the public will be allowed to comment before May 16 on the Ministry's website.

目前，商务部在网上就我国首个《电子商务模式规范》和《网络购物服务规范》草案征询意见，公众可在5月16日前到商务部网站提出意见。

The drafts define e-business models from business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C), consumer to consumer (C2C), and government to business (G2B).

这两份草案涵盖了企业之间 (B2B)、企业和消费者之间 (B2C)、个人之间 (C2C)和政府和企业之间 (G2B)四种网上交易形式。

上述报道中，e-business model就是“电子商务模式”，online-shopping transactions service是“网络购物服务”，specification一般指 a detailed description of design criteria for a piece of work（规格，详述），用在这里表示A document describing how some system should work（规范）。此外，elicit public opinion就是“征询公众意见”的意思。
