I have a serious stomachache. It is killing me badly.
我的胃好痛喔，真的快痛死了。
You should go to see a doctor in a big hospital.
你应该到医院去看医生。

I think I should.1 will call the hospital and make an appointment first.
我想我是应该去。我会先打电话挂号。
I think you will need to wait for a long time since many people are having flu now. There must be long lines in every hospital.
我想你会需要等好久，因为很多人现在都得了流行性感冒，现在每家医院都人满为患。

I can't think of any other things.I am having a lot of pain now．
我实在没办法想其它的事情，我现在真的很痛。
