In my hometown there is a famous lake. It is the East Lake. The East Lake is not very big, but it is in the center of the city, the nearest park around it. The water in the lake is always clear and blue. There are a lot of trees and flowers on the bank of the lake. Sometimes there are small boats on it. In spring in summer there are colorful birds swimming in it. It is very beautiful. In winter the lake sometimes freezes. Children can skate and play on it. Everyday many people come here to relax and enjoy the beautiful scene.
